LPO Financing Loan
We are ready to support your business by providing financing up to 80% cost of goods to be supplied against a Local Purchase Order received from a client, & / or issuer of a contract, enabling you to fulfill goods & services you have committed to.
Requirements
- Active & Full Sacco membership of at least 6 months.
- List of completed past contracts.
- Valuation report where applicable.
- Valid business registration and permit documents.
- Proposed collateral for borrowings above Kes 1,000,000.
- Proforma invoice or quotation of items of purchase from the supplier.
- Valid LPO from the government, ministry or parastatal, a reputable company, listed NGOs or Corporate companies.
Benefits
- No penalties for early loan clearance.
- Maximum loan repayment period is 6 months.
- Loan Interest Rate is charged on a Flat Rate at 10%
