Development Loan
This product enables members to undertake development projects with long-term benefits e.g. buying Land, constructing Residential & Commercial buildings, Business ventures, large-scale farming, & other investments.
Requirements
- Collateral / Guarantors Required.
- Active & Full Sacco membership of at least 6 months.
- Qualifying loan should be 2.5 times a member’s deposits subject to a maximum amount of Kes. 5,000,000.
Benefits
- No penalties for early loan clearance.
- Maximum loan repayment period is 36 months.
- Refinancing/ Loan top-up facility available.
- Loan Interest Rate is charged on Reducing Balance at 1% per month
- Security Options: Guarantors’ / Houses Member Deposits, Member’s Own Deposits, Motor Vehicle Logbook & Property Title Deed.
